What managed IT covers

Managed IT means we look after your computers, network and accounts continuously instead of waiting for something to break. We monitor your systems, keep them patched, and watch for problems, so we often fix them before your team notices.

When someone does need help, they reach a real person here in Peoria. The same team handles security and backup, your network and Microsoft 365, so there is one number to call for all of it.

Who it's for

Businesses that have outgrown "the person who's good with computers" but don't want a full-time IT hire: offices, shops, practices and small teams across Peoria, Peoria Heights, East Peoria, Morton, Washington, Pekin, Dunlap.

Not ready for a monthly plan? We also take on one-off projects and break/fix work. It's a good way to see how we work.

What it costs

A flat monthly rate, scoped to what your business needs: how many people and devices, and how hands-on you want us to be. Because that varies, we quote it after a short conversation rather than publishing a number. Call the business line and we'll walk you through it.

FAQ

Questions folks usually ask

Still wondering about something? Just drop us a line.

Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Much day-to-day support happens remotely because it is fastest, and we come on-site when something needs hands on hardware.
Is managed IT worth it for a small business?
For most small teams it costs less than a full-time hire, and far less than a lost day of downtime or a ransomware attack. A predictable monthly cost replaces surprise repair bills.
